How to temporarily disable my account?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to close your account with us.

Before we can close your account, all open positions must be closed and all available funds must be withdrawn.


Please close any open positions and then open a withdrawal request. Once this has been done, please contact our Customer Service team and we will close your account as soon as the withdrawal has been processed.


In order to place a withdrawal request, please follow these simple steps:


- Enter the Cashier page by clicking on the “Withdraw Funds” in the Portfolio

- Enter the amount to withdraw (in USD)

- Complete the electronic withdrawal form as required

- Click “Submit”


Once you are done, please get back to us so that we can proceed with your request to close your account.
