Description

To be able to transfer crypto from the eToro platform to your eToro crypto wallet, you must meet these requirements:

 

  1. Account (mobile phone, country of residence, previous deposits, cash available balance)
  2. Crypto position (type of crypto, type of position, amount limits, minimum amount)

 

 

1. Account requirements:

  • Mobile phone: You will need to have a mobile phone number that can receive SMSs verified in your eToro account. 
  • Country of residence: Crypto transfer is not available in all countries. Find out in the up-to-date list of eligible countries.
  • Previous deposits: If you made your first deposit into your eToro account recently and wish to transfer crypto, your remaining portfolio value (total value minus the transfer amount) must be equal to or greater than the total deposits made with certain payment methods.   • Available balance: Your ‘Cash Available’ balance must be at least US $1.

 

 

2. Crypto position requirements:

  • Type of position: You can only transfer BUY (long), non-leveraged crypto positions that are secured with the underlying asset. CFD positions and cryptoassets held in copies (CopyTrader and Smart Portfolios) are not available for transfer to the crypto wallet.
